It's odd. Steve Irwin was much more famous in America than in Australia, but nowthat he is no longer alive, te reaction from Australia is not on par with our previous ideas about the man known as the Crocodile Hunter.

Many thought, in Australia to say the least, that he was stupid, and that he would die from his workone day or another. But now he has died, there is almost a sense that we missed out on somehting.

He died from a barb from a stingray piercing his chest and heart. Total number of people that have died in Australia from a stingray attack? 3. It just doesn't seem fitting that he died from something that had only killed 2 people before him.
